I would like to say a big thanks to all the staff from the front desk, the restaurant for breakfast, room service, therapeutic massage to security and anyone else I may have overlooked, everyone always happy, helpful and accommodating but always give you space making for a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Great selection on the breakfast menu, Balinese massages on the premises are excellent and good value. Good size rooms, cleaned daily. The free parking is a bonus for me,... just mentioning there were times I would return from a day out with parking area full with cars coming and going,,no worries just leave car key with security and go about your business, pick key up a front desk next outing. Oh the location for me is great as it's only five minutes walk to beach for a swim or boat ride out to the reefs for a surf or other activities and only 5- mins drive to main road to head north or south along the highway to the coast or further afield...not to mention so many restaurants and warongs at your door step or a short walk or taxi ride. It makes little wonder I keep returning, Abian Harmony ticks all boxes for me!

This hotel is just lovely. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast range is fantastic and filling. The pool is a good size and there is a very convenient pool bar. All of the staff were wonderful. Ketut, who drove us around, was so friendly and accommodating. Lisa, one of the front staff, was always enquiring if everything was OK for us. I told her one day that the air conditioner had stopped working and I said I wasn’t bothered by it but in no time at all she had an engineer up to fix it. You get excellent value for money in this hotel. You also get free washing up to five times of clothing a day which was very much appreciated. The location is perfect too. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. All of the other guests were lovely too. It was such a wonderful experience. I felt sad to leave and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in peaceful Sanur.

Amazing customer service from Nur the owner and all his staff from the start to the end. Free water to refill your own bottles daily which was so handy with young children. Free washing upto 10 items a day. Great options for breakfast daily and good coffee machine to order what you like. Kids corner with a few select toy's. Neat pool area. Good location in the middle of sanur. We stayed as a family of 4 with young children and would 100% book again. The owner even invited us to a lunch our last day there put on by the hotel with staff and guests such a lovely family. We will be back. Thank you!

Very cosy room with nice balcony, quite good cleaning, and for long stays - complimentary laundry services Good breakfast and overall pleasant feeling about the stay.

Her customer service and willingness to help was absolutely amazing. Susi in the spa gave the most brilliant massages. We loved the water stations everywhere that provided free cold water. Breakfast was brilliant for the price. Pool was large and lovely and cool. Would definitely stay again. From the "Golden Girls"
