The staff are amazing. I arrived late at night at 1am and the reception guy was so kind and he helped me order food since all restaurants were closed. They go out of their way to help.

Abian Harmony was fabulous. Very close to restaurants, money changer at front as well as a Circle K. Staff are so friendly. Putri in particular was outstanding. Her customer service and willingness to help was absolutely amazing. Susi in the spa gave the most brilliant massages. We loved the water stations everywhere that provided free cold water. Breakfast was brilliant for the price. Pool was large and lovely and cool. Would definitely stay again. From the "Golden Girls"

Amazing hotel for a long term stay. Greatest massage/spa services i have ever had in any hotel globally, offered at a very reasonable price. We did massage very often and next time I will do it EVERY day. Transfer/Tour services were even better than Booking/GetYourGuide offered ones, and driver Bayu was the best guide and help ever. Very cosy room with nice balcony, quite good cleaning, and for long stays - complimentary laundry services Good breakfast and overall pleasant feeling about the stay.

The location was back off the street, but near lots of cafes. The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. A fridge, kettle, water, coffee and tea was provide and you could top up your water from the dispenser near the lift. It's a large hotel, with a big refreshing pool with a wet bar. Breakfast was OK. Parking area is off the street in their carpark.

Staff were great, nothing too much. The hotel driver, great, book a trip with him, money well spent. Clean room daily. Perfect location.

Amazing customer service from Nur the owner and all his staff from the start to the end. Free water to refill your own bottles daily which was so handy with young children. Free washing upto 10 items a day. Great options for breakfast daily and good coffee machine to order what you like. Kids corner with a few select toy's. Neat pool area. Good location in the middle of sanur. We stayed as a family of 4 with young children and would 100% book again. The owner even invited us to a lunch our last day there put on by the hotel with staff and guests such a lovely family. We will be back. Thank you!

Great location. Excellent pool and swim up bar. Great prices. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect start to the day. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Gym just up the road. Fantastic massage parlour onsite. 1.5hrs only 170k in private room no interruptions or noise.

This hotel is just lovely. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast range is fantastic and filling. The pool is a good size and there is a very convenient pool bar. All of the staff were wonderful. Ketut, who drove us around, was so friendly and accommodating. Lisa, one of the front staff, was always enquiring if everything was OK for us. I told her one day that the air conditioner had stopped working and I said I wasn’t bothered by it but in no time at all she had an engineer up to fix it. You get excellent value for money in this hotel. You also get free washing up to five times of clothing a day which was very much appreciated. The location is perfect too. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. All of the other guests were lovely too. It was such a wonderful experience. I felt sad to leave and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in peaceful Sanur.

We booked a family room for our family of 6 and the room was great for that! A double bed for 2A and our little one, 2 single beds and room to get an extra single bed. There was a couch, little table and big long desk as well. Very spacious for our family. The pool area wasn't very big but was great for our our kids, had a swim up bar and was was great for meeting people and making friends. The included breakfast was made to order with great options including a cafe made beverage and in addition to this, there was a mini buffet with toast, fruit, sweets, juice and tea/coffee. The staff were fantastic and the Bali massage at their in house spa was the best! The area was beautiful and relaxing and just a short walk away from a beautiful beach.
